AI summary of reviews

Consistently knowledgeable, patient and engaging trainers are the provider’s clearest strength, making complex theory accessible through humour, real-life examples, discussion and hands-on practice. Attendees value the safe, supportive atmosphere, clear explanations, thoughtful adaptations and opportunities to ask questions and repeat techniques until confident. Courses are generally well structured and paced, with useful breaks, and learning transfers directly to workplace practice and everyday situations; a few attendees find some sessions longer or more repetitive than necessary.

I enjoyed the training session. There was a good mix of theory & interaction which was delivered by a very knowledgeable individual who was able to supply examples to the groups different work areas. Whilst my department doesn't experience behaviours of concern very often I now feel better prepared to be able to use descalation techniques & may also be able to use it with managing a large team of staff

Response: It’s great to hear you enjoyed the session and found the balance of theory and interaction useful. We’re really pleased the training feels relevant to your role and that you feel more equipped to manage situations, both in practice and within your team.

Overall I think the session was quite long and would have appreciated the chance to stand up and participate. However the content was really in depth applying studies I wouldn’t have thought to consider. I think Ben did a great job getting everyone to participate and engage within the session.

Response: Thank you for your feedback, Daniel – it’s really appreciated! I’m pleased to hear you found the session engaging and that you’ve taken away learning you can apply both professionally and personally.

Some of it I can use but we don't have any physically aggressive customers at the base I regularly work at. There are some other bases I do occasional shifts at where there are mildly physically aggressive customers, but it's not often they are.
