I felt both Kirsty and Liam were friendly and engaging and kept the course moving. However I would say it was a very long day and some aspects were repetitive. It definitely got me thinking and had me reflecting on practice and I will use the techniques in practice

Ben was super engaging. Thank you! It would’ve been helpful to have a bit more info around support for patients with dementia as a lot of the wards have these patients and a lot of colleagues do not use the tools provided to support them which is concerning. The group work was good for interaction. Afternoon break not needed in my opinion :) Thanks again!
Response : Hi Francesca. Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. I'm really pleased to hear you found Ben engaging and enjoyed the group work for interaction. Your point about including more information on support for patients with dementia is very helpful, and we’ll take this on board when reviewing future sessions. Thanks again for taking the time to share your reflections.
