Very repetitive, trainer was good but overall didn’t learn too much apart from ABC form which I found a lot more help

It was a very good session, the trainer did a good job. I was worried how iam gonna finish the 7hr session but the trainer made it easy

The course was very informative. Lindley was very friendly and helpful. And open to answer any questions I may of had. I feel more confident to perform breakaway techniques if ever needed
