The leader seemed to waffle a little bit at the beginning and it put me off a little but this also helped to make you feel at ease. He was really knowledgeable and good insight.

Very enthusiastic and made the course enjoyable. Really enjoyed the training today and it was clearly explained all the different restraints that can be used in a way which was engaging. Also, given clear feedback and instructions to improve individually. Left feeling a lot more confident to use them if needed but also aware of different avenues to explore and see restraints as a last resort.Response : Thank you for the lovely feedback Laura.
