I have lean alots today with the job role

Going in with zero experience in young people support, it’s was a real insight into the job and good the see how things can escalate. Overall been a really good learning experience and believe it will help me a lot going forward.

Course and trainer were excellent in a way we could understand and hopefully we could have the next level of training from ben.
