This was another great refresher course, it touched up on moves already known and I got lots of feedback on how over time the small details of moves had been lost in my practice. Thankyou!

The refresher training was good to meet other people within the sector to learn and share best practice. I have learnt new activities to utilise within the courses I deliver to maximise engagement and peoples understanding. Kirsty and Kirstie were approachable, helpful and made the training fun and highly insightful.

Thank you Kirstie and Kirsty. Good course today, nice to meet other services within the group. Such as gingerbread man, with negative and positive. Also emotions game. Taking ideas away to use in my courses. Good physical skills practice and reminder.

The refresher went well. It was good to have the chance to reflect on things that are not going well and also the aspects that are working very well. Kirsty B and Kirsty R were very helpful with answering any of the questions I had. During restrictive intervention practice, Kirsty explained some of the points we need to realise as trainees such as explaining the small details of why we need to hold the arm at 45 degrees during a standing hold restraint. Overall, very good refresher and has equipped me with knowledge I need to apply in my next scheduled training.
