Fantastic course, with good content that was tailored to the people we support. Jack was very engaging and knowledgeable. Some bespoke physical restraint holds are required due to person uses a wheelchair. Discussed with Jack.

The skills I have learnt today are extremely beneficial for safe practice especially in an and e. I have thoroughly enjoyed the teaching and how engaging Ben was today he was very encouraging and supportive and help me through every single step. I feel confident and competent in the skills taught today and I will continue practicing these at home. I feel prepared and ready to use this is ever needed and hopefully I do not have to. I recommend this course to anyone I am very grateful to Ben for today. Outstanding teaching and he is very very competent. I am very impressed.
