Tracy and Ben were amazing, lovely trainer and I’m glad to say I have achieved a lot from them,once again both of them are lovely
Ben engages, he makes sure that everyone is involved. There was no time that I felt bored, the training has been interesting. It’s an amazing reminder for me, the examples he gave were very practical for me. Both Tracey and Ben were just amazing, very open to questions. Thier examples opened my mind

Not keen on doing the 2 day course every year, but course is good, materials are thorough and Ripley and Adam did a good job between them
