This course was absolutely fantastic. It opened my eyes to understand why people behave in certain ways. It was interesting to learn that behaviours that staff fund concerning is a way of communication. I recalled some behaviours I had to deal with supporting people with autism and learning disability and I learned why and wished I learned sooner. I am excited to put all my learning to use going forward. The course today and all the information was really beneficial. I feel as though I will definitely feel more confident in my role when understanding different behaviours and how to speak to patients dealing with these! Thanks Ben who kept the course interesting and was really informative
