She was good, used examples and it was quite easy to understand.

Scott was very good delivering the Sherwood training, he explained every hold with great perfection especially the single person hold. I feel more confident if a situation arises and the Sherwood technique is needed.

The trainer explained things in detail and took time to go around and help each person. Each section of the training was explained. I feel more confident in the actions to take and how to keep safe.

Scott delivered the training really well and ensured everyone was comfortable and understood the content provided.
