Liam was fantastic trainer, hard to follow the theory just with PowerPoint and being quite long. But Liam made it interesting and not boring and showed the practical skills very effectively and checked everyone thoroughly. Provide lots of support and made me feel comfortable to ask questions

The trainer was clear, helpful and considerate. He gave us time, clear instruction and helpful ways of managing children in difficult situations.

Great trainer, really appreciated Jack's approach and personal experience and anecdotes, engaging training style and very knowledgeable in the area. We were quite circular in a lot of the questions that we were asking him as a group and he was very patient, with thorough explanations. Absolute credit to your organisation

Alan was very knowledgeable and was able to discuss and relate the course to your service user.

I was quite nervous of doing this refresher as thought I wouldn't remember much from the last one. ( John also taught this). Was suprised at how much I did remember and John made me feel very much at ease which meant I was less nervous. I thoroughly enjoyed the course.

Alan is an excellent trainer who thoroughly explained the risks and ensured we were all fit and ready for the training. It wasn’t just another routine session—I genuinely learned a lot from it.
