I felt that I learnt a lot from this training and will be able to take my new learnt knowledge forward into my care role.Response : Hi Samantha. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. As much as we love to hear that you have enjoyed the training, it is even better to hear that you now will be able to put it into practice what you have learnt to benefit the people you support. Thank you again.

Very interesting course so far. Lots of discussion with a group primarily working in the same house so we are able to put experience into conversation.

Lee rafter- I had training with Lee and honestly i learned so much and he made it fun to learn. When I first was signed up for the pbs training but he reassured me through the course days and made me confident about pbs. He had so much patience and was warm welcoming and understating that everyone was at different levels of learning things. The way he taught the theory part of the course was inspirational to the point I want to become a pbs trainer the way he had

I found this course really useful and handy. I am coming away with confidence that I can de escalate my patients with causing harm to myself or my patient. I found all breakaway techniques and restraints very useful, and will be confident using these. Kirsty has been so helpful and bubbly throughout the course.
