I have learned lot of things regarding behavioural changes and managing it which i can use my daily duties including my personal life. Would have liked to have gone over all practical skill a bit more, but ran out of time. Enjoyed the course overall Andy really does know his stuff. Would have liked a few more ideas for refresh course

I learnt something great today. People don’t just act up, they go through a list of processes and it is important to understand why and provide the best care.
