I absolutely loved the course as it was taught in a positive and engaging way. I felt involved in the course and Liam was really clear in the way he communicated with us in class. The class was indeed Positive. I felt more empowered as staff to provide better support and felt better equipped as well. I think Liam also changed the way I view challenging behaviour as well by the way he is teaching.

It was nice to learn from this class. I liked the teaching method, strategies. Definitely worth attending.

Ben was really passionate and engaging which made the day really enjoyable. It was really good to learn about different approaches to the challenging behaviours that we encounter on a daily basis and learning about alternative ways that we can verbally de escalate these.
