Course very informative and well presented, both Kelly and Craig very professional and made the course enjoyable and at times fun. I got what I wanted and needed to do my job.

The course went well and successful.

I found the course very interesting, learned a lot to take back to work with me. Trainers was very helpful from start to finish.

I feel as though this training was very helpful. The trainer was amazing and did his job brilliantly. All involved were very enthusiastic and took part very well. I would happily do this training again with Ben. He was great.

Interesting, fun and informative

Very engaging course with realistic enthusiastic trainer. I didn’t expect to be strong enough to manage but now understand it’s about technique and feel confident. Useful to experience being in a hold also to appreciate from young person’s perspective. Hopefully I won’t need to use it as I have also learned a lot about behaviours and techniques to de-escalate.
