Ben was a great trainer with lots of additional information to support the areas of discussion. The focus on the deescalation and understanding the behaviours was refreshing and often overlooked in training for restraint. It was an excellent training and one I will Recommend to other organisations.
This is the best training I’ve ever had. Ben brought the training to life by constantly referring theory back to how we can use it in practice, day-to-day in our professional settings. I’m going away from this training feeling confident and empowered to put everything I’ve learnt into practice in my work place. i really enjoyed attending the 3 day course! i felt it was excellent pace and use of time, it was well delivered, and good subject knowledge and theory for why it is used or may need to be used. the trainer Ben always had time to answer any questions asked and throughly explained it until we was satisfied and understood.
