The course was about time management. Positives: Trainer was friendly and knew her presentation well. She was engaging . The layout of the presentation was esthetically pleasing. I liked a lot that the presentation/application was allowing to interact (draw, write, etc.). The course was well structured, and I liked the 'scenario' activity, where we had to plan our 3 days of work before holiday, as it was close to real life scenario. Negatives: "Clean desk" policy is outdated, and as much as some managers still use it, it is completely unhelpful, and useless. I would expect better of you, as a company who delivers trainings to corporate folks. NLP,MBTI, and other approaches to training based on psychology, are there since quite some time. Study it, make use of it in your trainings, and educate your Trainers about it. "Different strokes for different folks", you cannot coach a Perceiver how to manage their time, the same way you would a Judger, same goes for Feeler and Thinker. You should also know that Perceivers are able to achieve the same results as Judgers, they are just doing it a different way. That's why you've lost me half way through the training. And it's not the trainers fault, she is probably unaware of this dichotomy, as most people are. All in all, the training wasn't bad, the delivery was actually very good, but the content is insufficient, outdated, and unhelpful.Response : We are very sorry that we did not hit the spot for you, albeit there were some elements of the course that you did enjoy. I would like to state though that our trainers are well versed in NLP, MBTI etc and, in particular, the trainer who ran the course you attended. We do understand that people do learn and apply themselves to their role in different ways and we do cater for this during our courses using exercises, case studies, questionnaires, discussions, annotation tools etc. Our materials are very much up to date (we update them constantly) and are designed to be helpful. We do still include a section on "clean desk" but we discuss this with delegates first to assess how paper driven they and their businesses are (as in the case with this course). Notwithstanding the above we very much regret to hear of your dissatisfaction. We will continue to strive to make our courses the best training experience a delegate can have.

I found the trainer very measured, clear and easy to follow. I was late for the training as I did get the time wrong, but he was very understanding. There was a technical difficulty on the trainers side mid-course, but it was fine as we needed a break at that point anyway and it was resolved. I also found myself asking questions mid-explanation and David was very patient with that!Response : Thanks Genevieve, we really appreciate your feedback
