I prefer to have the training in person not online but that's my preference and I understand it's for the covid19 restrictions. That said he did really well teaching a physical subject on line. I felt I understand and would be able to do the procedures.

The trainer did the best he could with his materials considering he had a few technical issues he managed well dealing with them.

I feel like the course should of been longer and more detailed. Maybe a few more scenarios explaining different problems that could occur.
