The only feedback I have is peg administrating was not covered and this is the only route I use within my packageResponse : Hi Melissa Sorry that Helen's courses didn't meet your needs. The zoom aspect was quite new to most of the participants so it was bound to have problems. The mic feedback was probably due to the fact that three of the participants were in one room sharing two devices logged in as the same person. It was unfortunate we could not get into groups to do the questions but it worked anyway. I am sure that this type of training will have a place in the future once the glitches can be ironed out.
