Really great course but I felt the course should have been longer and maybe gone over things repeatedly to make sure everything was fully in our heads. I do think it being online actually made me listen more intently and take things in more clearly,

The trainer was excellent and he covered everything we needed he was also able to answer individuals specific problems.

A little difficulty with the video links today but overall a useful course to refresh knowledge. Alistair came across very professional and knowledgeable again and thoroughly enjoyed the session. Many thanks

I personally don't think I like zoom training in place of face to face training. I don't feel that it has the hands on leaning this is needed, for example with first aid or manual handling. As a refresher course, its ok, but for someone that has little or no experience/out of date knowledge I don't personally feel it would be enough.

on some occations there were sound problems and if i didn't have my partner that works with computers i would not have been able to get on the zoom from the email on my laptop as my email go to my phone which would have been to small to see the slides.
