Confusion over the invite page said to mute but Terri wanted us all off mute. Sometimes this was difficult with background noise but was understanding if we had to mute.

Would suggest that the Questions are numbered and also could be e-mailed beforehand so people can download beforehand, which would make it easier. Zoom is difficult, when people were joining late etc, and broadband issues etc

it might have been useful to send the initial questionnaire used at the start of the session, before the zoom session began.

Very effective and refreshing.

My only concern was not always being able to see how she was demonstrating certain things. I had the presentation up and her camera picture positioned at the top and found this difficult to rotate between them both. However, she was very clear and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and I walked away more confident and knowledgeable myself. The presentation was clear and worded well. This is to be sent to us for us to keep and relate back to if needed. Thank you

miss the classroom environment but good alternative due to circumstances

Good session thank you, shame about the technical hitches but it happens sometimes

Very good training day over all, all points were covered and explained through well. Linda gave options for breaks when she felt was needed.
