Good overall course I feel as a refresher but unsure if you have never taken blood before, the actual face to face training would have helped allay those initial fears of taking the first sample etc.

Very effective and refreshing.

My only concern was not always being able to see how she was demonstrating certain things. I had the presentation up and her camera picture positioned at the top and found this difficult to rotate between them both. However, she was very clear and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and I walked away more confident and knowledgeable myself. The presentation was clear and worded well. This is to be sent to us for us to keep and relate back to if needed. Thank you

visibility not good so understanding the different techniques was difficult to manage objectives only partially met 3 hrs was too long without the practical side different presentation sent online to that used by trainer
