Very good training day over all, all points were covered and explained through well. Linda gave options for breaks when she felt was needed.

a good update in these challenging times - always difficult due to technical problems at times too Terri managed to keep it going and opportunity for questions was good

Excellent delivery of material under difficult circumstances. Pity about the poor quality of accessing the slides in the meeting.

Presentation very blurred and difficult to see making it very difficult to follow but also difficult for the trainer. I could see the course would be good if the 3 hours had been used fully to deliver the information.

It made everything more comfortable because of opportunity to do the training online. Felt more relaxed, saved time and travel expenses as it was a refresher to me. I liked that the learning material provided with mixed in videos, also I was able to download it on my computer.
