I found this much easier than having to travel and attend a class teaching session at the main offices. It was in the comfort of my own home and easy to access and I felt kept my attention fully. Maybe Zoom is the way forward!?!

I feel it could of been separated into two halfs as it was quite a long time and a lot on information to take in.

Excellent training session, I wasn't sure how a manual handling session online would work but it was fine.
