Probably not the fault of the trainer, but not all MHA staff work in carehomes - I personally work in Communities where we run exercise classes, activities, outings etc. Would have been good if these non-care homes activities and their first aid risks could have been acknowledged although it was already highly packed with info.

Insightful information about how to deal with Manual handling in the workplace. Learnt about how personal attributes such as posture and hydration can affect performance when carrying out manual handling in the workplace.

The trainer was excellent, engaged everyone ELS, ILS bag not mentioned in the training

Would have liked more updates on mental health legislation & DOLS

i believe half of the stuff said is not relevant to our school

Face to face course would have been better.

Video quality and sound was poor ,heavy breathing was off putting and made it difficult to hear

Sound was very distorted on the videos with heavy breathing which made it difficult to hear content
