I have learned a lot.

I found it difficult to grasp everything as I was working at the same time training. I would have preferred to have the trainer coming in and physically show us how the machine functions.

Would be better in person, but Linda was very helpful, friendly and engaging

It’s a big course to fit in to one day

I really enjoyed the course Suzanne was a fantastic trainer the only problem I found was the work booklet did not correspond with the material that Suzanne was reading from. It felt a bit all over the place hard to follow, however Suzanne explained everything well I found her very friendly and approachable. I especially enjoyed learning about the different kinds of dementia as my grandmother had alzehemiers disease. I also enjoyed the CPR training and how to use a and AED.
