The trainer was excellent, engaged everyone ELS, ILS bag not mentioned in the training

Course will help us in preventing future injuries and quite informative.

Sound was very distorted on the videos with heavy breathing which made it difficult to hear content

Video quality and sound was poor ,heavy breathing was off putting and made it difficult to hear
