The course was very Care Home orientated and as it was on Zoom we couldn't do any practical examples. It was ok as a refresher course but not for someone who hadn't done M & H training before.

Eyes were getting weiry by the end, would have been good to have just a 5 minute break to stretch legs etc.

It's well done except for the refreshment that is not available. I suggest that refreshment should be provided since its not a paid training.
