The tutor M. Henry Hely Hutchison was providing us a peaceful enjoinment, not stretch and allow us to peak out our thoughts freely. Examples sharing is also good and useful.
Though the training is provided over zoom but I find it is practicable and helpful. I still have chance to discuss in group with other members and sharing experiences. The pace of the course is good enough so we don't feel bored or tired. It is a helpful and enjoyable course. Thank you Robert !

considering it was over Zoom, the pace and the content were well organised and thought. It was not too heavy or lengthy. The content was easy to understand and use in our daily work.
It's a useful course, especially to those with less or no sales experience. Hope there can be more detective games.
The course is very practical and I do have some take away from the course to bring to my daily work as Account Manager. Key areas I find useful are " Questioning skills, SR video and how to structure a good meeting.
Trainer is connected with all the participants and make sure everyone get the content of the course. He is getting attention from every one.

Thierry was very clear in the delivery of his training. He did not just go through the material and gave exciting examples that made us go research further. He answered all questions even those left in the comments section.
insightful training and I liked how it was delivered and the style. the only improvement opportunity is on the use of current data or information as some examples were bit old.
