Course was well delivered and content well explained. I was skeptical of how effective a Zoom course could be, having attended a classroom course before. However I was pleasantly surprised at how well organised this one was. A very well structured course - provides a good overview of the LME base metals and LME services in general. Emma is excellent... patient, accommodating, knowledgeable and pleasant. Henry made it really engrossing and interesting. The course content was very good as well as it allowed us time to rethink upon some of our approaches.
