Henry was a great trainer and kept the training very engaging and relevant. It isn't easy to run a classroom training online but Henry did a fine job. I felt day 2 was more relevant and appropriate for me, day 1 seemed quite simple and stuff that people who have been long enough in the job ought to know.

My first experience on a Zoom training. Quite interesting, in fact all participant were able to participate & contribute. Though there were slight connection issues. This would have been even better if the trainees & trainer had the opportunity to attend the course in person. The trainer was extremely energetic & created a very friendly atmosphere for the trainees. Really miss the opportunity to have met him in person.

We couldn't have had asked for anyone else than Henry as a trainer. Although our daily BAU work or escalations were running at the back of our mind, his training skills are exceptionally good so as to ensure that the objective of this training was achieved successfully. The concepts were explained really well. Inspired by Henry's professionalism, energy and the natural (or acquired) ability to connect with the audience!!
