I personally wasn't particularly anxious before the session but what I have learned is to be aware of other people's situation and emotions. This may help me to deal better with anxiety in the future if I need to or even to be more understanding with others.

I feel that the course on the whole was beneficial due to the current situation everyone is facing now during covid. I think generally my anxiety isn't centred on the covid pandemic rather it is generalised.

This session was great, the instructors (Dan Piler and Kiran Nijabat) were very kind and helpful. It turned in an individual talk and because of this it was very personally and specific to my needs. They gave me some new techniques to try which I am looking forward to utilising. Thank you!
