I have already dealt with a lot of this sort of thing in my life so was aware of much of the info and ideas. I also feel some people wanted it more as a venting session taking it in a different direction.

Most of this information I already knew from previous workshops, so I felt quite confident about this area. However I still found it very interesting.

The assembly was very informative and the trainer gave us some very important info, on how to stay less stressed.
