I really enjoyed the experience and I have learnt a great deal of information regarding anxiety and stress and the physical reactions as well as ways to reduce and prevent anxiety.

A very informative workshop with a lot of useful tips to reduce stress and anxiety levels. I learned a lot from this and I will practice some of what I’ve learnt in the future.

I think that it was very eye opening and interesting to learn how to deal with anxiety and where it comes from. I think that the trainer presented us with many options and do a very good job.

Really liked this course and made me feel like I had a lot to understand about my own mental health issues I’m currently going through and has really given me ideas to push through.

I loved how it made me feel relaxed and a feel of release of stress that may occur and I loved they way Iman delivered the presentation and how she made me feel comfortable and totally at ease. I will definitely recommend this workshop and it excelled all expectations and would happily do it again.
