The trainer was really open and friendly. She made me feel comfortable even through the form of a computer screen. Although I have said that I am not exceedingly confident in managing my anxiety after this session, I would say that I certainly feel much more confident. It was really fun and interesting!

I really appreciated the calm and caring approach of the session. I liked how Iman would ask us questions and involved us in breathing exercises and also reminded that it is okay to feel anxious. It is helpful to know that many people feel overwhelmed and reminding ourselves that things like exams aren't the end of the world was a nice thing to hear.
