The course was confidently and competently delivered. Great materials providing enough detail to understand the principles being explored and applied. The guided meditations have enabled me to start the process of developing a gentle and kind inner voice - a helpful tonic to the harsh critic I struggle with.

A well put together course which I've already seen positive benefits from, it's a great way to start your mindfulness journey giving a solid grounding in the practice. I would have preferred an in person course rather than zoom though.

It was a lovely space and time to fully explore mindfulness and how to meditate in an accessible, gentle way. I feel enriched and enabled to take it into my daily life, to practise meditations and be more aware during the day. It has given me tools and understanding to use and and come back to with the excellent course handbook. I found Catherine explained things in an easy to understand way and was approachable to ask questions. There was a good balance of information giving, group sharing and meditations within each class. The handbook was very good and i will use it in the future. The retreat day was a really lovely addition and was interesting to experience being in silence with a group. Overall i have picked up a lot of useful information and ideas and felt a connection with all of the other people in the group.Response : Thanks for your feedback Stef. Very good to switch off from work for an hour, went very quickly and I think we could all benefit from doing this course regularly to remind us of the importance of mindfulness.

The action of understanding our minds autopilot and how we look at things, then to start to realise that there is a way to live in the moment and develop a wider understanding of all that is around us and how we interact with it, both physically and emotionally. Mindfulness is a journey that could be life changing to assist and appreciate and become aware of our emotions and surroundings. I hope to continue the journey to explore a greater understanding of it.

Really well managed and helpful course. I have been interested in mindfulness for a while, but the course really gave me a deeper understanding.
