Catherine is a compassionate and caring teacher. She delivered the course extremely well through the online sessions and printed workbook. It was a supportive non-judgemental space to learn, share and practice mindfulness including the guided meditations. It has given me the tools to bring more kindness and gratitude into my life and to notice when I am being judgemental. I would highly recommend this mindfulness course and Catherine.

Extremely well run course. Very good materials, helpful and easy to follow. Catherine was able to share her knowledge and experience fluently and the honesty of all the participants was a great encouragement.

We had a one hour session where Catherine did a short introduction to mindfulness, then two 15-minute guided meditations. I found the message of staying grateful, accepting your thoughts with kindness and always coming back to the present a wonderful way to center myself. I especially enjoyed the guided meditations and the power in re-framing any situations that arise in life. Thank you Catherine for the wonderful work that you do!

Dorking

Fabulous Course; Fabulous Tutor. Catherine goes above and beyond to enforce her course so that the pupil can adopt it into a way of life and move forward. The course itself delves into places you don't necessarily want to acknowledge but need to, in order to self heal. The highlight of the course was the retreat. Definitely a course that is beneficial to those suffering: stress and anxiety; PTSD; Chronic Pain or just struggling with coping in life. It will be something I will carry on with in my every day life.
