Thought provoking. Has identifying a variety of tools and techniques which has not only allowed me to look into my own MH and look to improve that but to think how my demeanour can influence others. Positivity levels are reasonable and supportive but can improve. It has to be a two way process up/down the organisation. 1 hour overviews on this would be really useful to spread across the organisation. I’m enthusiastic about going forward with this agenda with a positive mind.

Building on morning session, feel I have more tools to be more understanding and responsive if such issues e.g. stress arising as an employer. Positive and negative connotations. Elements I see in myself which I can now look to talk about and address. Very positive about how Peterborough can go forward if all are signed up to this. I very much enjoyed the course and was reminded of some of the ways I can improve my mental health and reduce my stress levels. I also picked up some great tips from others on the course, something I wouldn't achieve on an e-learning module. Although the workbook was useful, the manual was very comprehensive and I didn't use all the notes in the workbook. However, I appreciate that some people's learning style benefits from making notes.
