Good informative and thought provoking session. Liked that there was time / an opportunity to reflect on our own wellbeing and that there were tips to manage our own mental health and wellbeing as well as an understanding of the issues and how our brain works. Keen to understand how the organization will take this forward to improve the mental wellbeing of the organization as a whole.

I’ve found the course extremely helpful in thinking about how to manage mine and my staffs mental health. There was a lot of information to process but I think it will help me to create a healthier workplace.

Eye opening and engaging course. Well delivered with ample opportunity to ask questions and get involved in discussion. Supportive and thought provoking.
