Good information, wish there was more interactive parts where we could talk and share. Felt like trainers were reading for a script which was hard to keep concentrated. Really liked the information on hormones and how to use them to our advantage to support our mental health. I’ve come away with a good plan to increase my positivity and decrease my stress.

A very worthwhile course. This course was over Zoom which as discussed makes it a little difficult but even then the topic and information was presented well and gave me something to think about. As mentioned this course needs to be followed up with the full course. Mental health is as important as the more standard physical training such as lifting heavy objects.

Fantastic course that I think everyone should access. The workbook that came with the course was really helpful and can be used in the future too. Delivery was great - understanding and knowledgeable people. It still felt interactive even though it was a webinar. Really enjoyed it, thank you.

This course was very informative and has given me a greater understanding and awareness. It was really interesting to listen to how the brain works and levels of stress and being able to identify and relate this to my own life. Thank you

Thank you. It was great to have the opportunity to reflect on things. I'm sure when you deliver face to face it is slightly different but in the current circumstances it is great to do something like this online

This course would be better face to face but obviously not able to in this climate. It was very useful - everyone should do this course. Its made me reflect on myself and what I can do to make more positive differences to improve my and others mental health.
