I wish I had attended this course before lockdown as it would have helped with managing the issues better in my view. Would be helpful to attend a face to face training.

Although I had problems with my Zoom connection, dropping in and out so I missed some of the conversations, overall the content was very good, and it enabled me to reflect on some of the things I am already doing.

Content was very interesting. it was good to learn the different types of stresses and how to recognize physical and mental health symptoms in other people what you don't necessary experience in your own life. Thank you

Learnt more about how to deal with stress and how to stay more positive also the impact that various negativities have on our general well being. I enjoyed the course and looking forward to starting my action plan. Very useful and informative
