This course had the perfect combination of explanation about how the brain works, alongside some really helpful information about what we can do to improve our own mental health. The section on mental health awareness, was very informative, and gave me a better understanding overall. Tamsen and Gary delivered it in a way that was extremely informative, easy to understand, and very engaging. I would thoroughly recommend this course, amazing!

Gave me a really good insight into how stress works, recognising the signs and how to deal with it. Have a better understanding of why residents who get in contact may behave in the way they do. Understanding how stress affects the brain. Will give me the tools to help others.
