Good, clear; I learned a lot. Would have loved some more 'hands on' practical opportunities, especially in terms of putting bandages on etc.
Think she was greatly hampered by not having access to the internet.
Rachel delivered our course (not Brendon) thank her, it was very informative and she used her own personal experience to give an idea of the reason first aid I'd helpful
Trainer was sometimes a little difficult to hear / understand.
Really good wit and knowledge for a course that is fundamental in a SEN provision
