A useful update and was tailored to our needs in school
Option for a refresher course please
Response: Everyone must train the full 12 hours/Blended learning every three years as stipulated by HSE/EYFS/OFSTED. As such there is no such thing as a shorted refresher training.
Only comment is it was a little difficult at times to understand Danny, the acoustics in the hall are not good so this didn't help.
Really informative with lots of opportunities to ask questions at any moment, very interactive and nice that Pam used our names to make it personal
Great to be able to get Danny out again for tailored course as outdoor practical first aid for volunteers. Very knowledgeable trainer. Thank you, Stuart
