Very informative and well presented
Good course better if more practical stuff to keep interesting otherwise it is a lot of talking and information in PM
I would have liked a handout summarising the key points

Course downloads to supplement course are not up to date and consistent to what was being taught in places.
The course was very comprehensive the trainer extremely knowledgeable and tailored the course to the needs of the group. The venue was great, room a little small but use of hall overcame that issue.
Fun, interactive & didn't just involve sitting in a chair & being talked at.
