The trainer, Todd was brilliant and delivered the course very well with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real life examples which made for a really enjoyable and informative course.
Outstanding delivery by an outstanding First Aid tutor. I have been on numerous first aid courses within the past 25 years but this was the most informative course and delivered exceptionally well. Well done Tony!
Very informative and easy to understand. Covered everything I needed to know especially as new to fire Marshall duties. Todd went above and beyond the training materials and was very knowledgable and helpful
First time I have ever done a course like this was. Quite anxious about doing it but was made at ease and never made to feel stupid at asking questions Also repeated information which help consolidate learning

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, the aspects that stood out to me where: 1. The practical nature of the course. Practicing each area trained under challenging circumstances. 2. Interaction and question and answer times. 3. I came away not just with the theory but confidence that I can do what is required.
The course was enjoyable and active. Brendan was very knowledgeable and tailored his session to fit various scenarios which we could face in our job roles and everyday lives.
