Tony was great, made everything easy to understand and presented things in a practical manner very well. I now feel a lot more prepared to deal with first aid.
Very engaging and clear by the instructor. We covered everything and questions we had has been answered clearly. The question were relevant to our business, and the instructor did use our business as an example where the first aid can be applied.

The trainer was very nice and gave us a lot of information, I would just say we didn’t go into the information in loads of detail, it was quite fast paced. But overall good and I’ve come out with more knowledge than I went in with.
