I took alot from this course

It's a nice experience having such a wonderful tutor who did deliver a great message.

It has made me feel more prepared to support people who might have thoughts of suicide or have attempted suicide.

Sarah was great. Such a hard topic but so refreshing to speak so openly about it without skirting round the edges. Was a long session but Sarah kept me engaged throughout - already recommended to my team if another opportunity presents.
