Great course, I would reccomend it to be pushed out more and made longer with more detail.
This course was beneficial in terms of identifying suicidal thoughts and the impacts.
I think it’s been really eye opening for me, even for someone who’s attempted suicide - learning about being direct and how to form and follow a safety plan.
