Very interesting and enlightening course

I think the course was very informative for my job role and life outside of work

Going forward will use some of the techniques and supporting phrases etc when taking calls or in daily home life if needed

An excellent course

Insightful session, breaking the stigma of suicide.

Very educational and I feel a little overwhelmed. It’s an emotional corse Lisa was very empathetic

I feel exhausted and need some time to fully digest my learning here today but I do feel more equipped to offer appropriate first aid to someone who may be considering suicide.

It was a very well put together course, lots of information, chat and sections broke down so you could see how it all comes together

Although a tough subject to learn about I found the course very positive and learnt a substantial amount. Juliet was very knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. It has boosted my confidence on how to ask the difficult questions around suicidal behaviours and taught me about the importance of language around the subject.
