An excellent, much-needed training, clearly delivered!
I found the Suicide First Aid course very useful - it has given me more confidence when dealing with someone who has suicidal thoughts and an action plan to follow to assist them.
Fabulous Everyone should have the opportunity to attend
This training was great and a good mix of theory and interactive. I feel much more confident having learned the skills to start a conversation and assist with a safety plan.
