A very interesting course which give me some ideas of how to start conversations

I really enjoyed this short course and would be interested in availing of the full day acredited course in the future.

Really good coverage and created a safe space. It's a really heavy subject so I can imagine how hard it was to deliver and keep people engaged, but Julie was amazing, incredible facilitator and made the discussion really comfortable.

Julie delivered a thoroughly engaging and informative awareness session with practical application of how to ask clearly about suicide.

Found the course really helpful around a topic that is often taboo and difficult for people to talk about

A really insightful course on a difficult topic. The course demystified the conversation about suicide and gave me as a participant practical guidance as to how I should and could approach this conversation in future with someone if I believe there are potential signs that someone is thinking about suicide. It was also helpful to understand the language to use and not to use, and to focus on providing immediate support rather than feeling pressure to find long-term support/ solutions.
