overall i am walking away from this course feeling better equipped to handle a suicide crisis scenario

i have learned a lot about myself and i think i will have the confidence to take a call and speak to a customer who was having suicidal thoughts

A short session that creates an awareness of suicide. I do think to cover such a wide topic in a short space of time is difficult so a great taster session.
