I enjoyed the training and I wish we had this sooner. The training brought back a lot of sad memories but I learned a lot from it. I hope this training could be extended to high-potential performers, our senior collectors, and all members of relevant teams who may encounter customers thinking of suicide.

This was my first experience of a course carried out via Teams and it worked very well. This could be the future! I will be using some of the content when I come to appraise my staff in the next couple of weeks.
