A big thankyou to Sue and Josh for delivering an excellent training session. I found the session very informative and feel more confident in dealing with this going forwards. Built confidence on discussing suicide

A really thoughtful and kind exploration about the complex matter of the suicidal mind and how to offer immediate assistance when someone is suicidal.

I thought the course was delivered in a gentle and caring way. I personally would like help finding the words to ask the questions of someone who is having suicidal thoughts so more suggestions listed on the course information would have been helpful for me
